If you are not sure of who represents you, perhaps a visit to the Voter View Website published by the Secretary of State would help you. It contains your voter registration information, voting districts, etc., etc., etc.

When you get to that Website, type in your name and birth date; your voter registration information will be displayed.
You probably also will find a link to a sample ballot if you visit the site shortly before an election.
